AppElixir ("we", "us") builds a no-code platform for creating MCP servers. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

• Account data: your email and authentication details, so you can sign in and we can contact you about your account.
• Usage data: the requests your MCP servers process and basic product analytics, so we can meter usage, bill accurately, and improve the product.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run the service, meter and bill usage, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data.

Data residency and retention

We operate from Krakow, Poland and store data within the EU where possible. We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and delete it on request after account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email contact@appelixir.com and we will respond within 30 days.
