These terms govern your use of AppElixir. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

AppElixir lets you build MCP servers from your data, APIs, and workflows. We provide the platform "as is" and aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

Do not use AppElixir to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attack the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Usage-based charges are metered and billed per your plan. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AppElixir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
